Lincoln L. Manzi, Jr., M.D.
Dr. Manzi graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington D.C., after earning his bachelor's degree in biology from St. Peter's College. He completed his internship and Ophthalmology residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. During this time, he also completed a fellowship for the International Eye Foundation in Central America. Dr. Manzi has been in private practice in Orange County for over 30 years and is the founding ophthalmologist of the Orange Coast Eye Center located in Fountain Valley. He also served as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at UCLA from 1981 to 1987. He has chaired numerous hospital committees, served on several hospital/IPA boards and has been elected as an officer of the Fountain Valley Hospital Medical Staff. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Jared R. Younger, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Younger is Board-certified and Fellowship trained. DISCOVER YOUNGER VISION® is Dr. Younger's trademarked brand that coins a philosophy for eye care, with the goal of assisting every patient to find and meet their unique vision needs. He graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine, where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society as one of the top medical students in his class. He then completed Ophthalmology training at UT Southwestern and the busy Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX. This was followed by Internal Medicine Internship at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, CA. He has also received his Master of Public Health degree, and has completed a fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at the prestigious Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA with advanced training in LASIK and Refractive Cataract Surgery. He also served as Assistant Professor in the Cornea and Uveitis Division and attended to patients who required complicated corneal transplant surgeries.
Dr. Younger is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a board member of the Orange County Ophthalmology Society and Newport Bay Surgery Center. He is as a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, lecturing on laser cataract surgery and cornea surgery at national meetings. He is one of Orange Coast magazine's Top Doctors, and has been awarded at international eye conferences. Also, his public health continues as he is the only eye care professional who travels to Catalina Island to see patients at the Medicare designated rural medical center there. He helps under-served diabetic patients and continues to travel there with his eye exam equipment.
He is a partner in a new healthcare organization called Alphaeon, which focuses on improving the patient experience and treatment outcomes.

Mark Bronstein, M.D., M.M.M.
Dr. Bronstein is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in treating diseases of the retina and vitreous. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree CUM LAUDE with Honors in Life Sciences from Colgate University. He obtained his medical degree from the NYU School of Medicine. After a medical internship at Long Island Jewish hospital, he completed his ophthalmology residency at UMDNJ (Rutgers New Jersey Medical School). Dr. Bronstein finished a two-year fellowship in vitreo-retinal diseases at the Massachusetts Eye and Eye Infirmary, Harvard Medical School Retina Service and Retina Associates with Charles Schepens, MD. He is the author of peer-reviewed publications.
Dr. Bronstein holds a Master in Medical Management degree from USC Marshall School of Business. Dr. Bronstein has been an Associate Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at UCI College of Medicine and a Commander in the United States Naval Reserve Medical Corps. He was on the Board of Directors of Vision Service Plan for 10 years, along with serving as chair of many committees and as Treasurer. His passion is treating patients with potentially blinding diseases like diabetes, retinal detachment and macular degeneration.
Jacqueline Vu, O.D.
Dr. Jacqueline Vu attended the University of California, San Diego where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Healthcare and Social Issues. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA. Her rotations were completed at the Wellish Vision Institute in Nevada, the VA Northwest Medical Center in Arizona, and Minnesota Eye Consultants in Minnesota where she provided comprehensive vision care and cataract surgery care. Dr. Vu specializes in fitting specialty contact lenses for patients with keratoconus and high astigmatism.
Dr. Vu is a member of the California Optometric Association, Orange County Optometric Society and Beta Sigma Kappa Honors Fraternity. She is passionate about providing eyecare to the underserved and continues to be involved in mission trips with organizations including Special Olympics, Unite for Sight, Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity, and Lion's Club.
